First full length from this project. BKPR plunges you into the gritty bass-ment of industry, then moves up to ground level to hear the hiss, crackle and shriek of the welders. Launched into the clouds where the dead play strings and landing in the midst of the boiler room orchestra, Haydn conducting on tranqs.

This was my first real album. My goal with this was to demonstrate variety between tracks and not just stick to one style. Burden is sparse and full of quick transitions, while Kollateral has 40 layers of sound and moves slowly. Pretend is mournful with synthesizer and untuned cello, and on Retraction I break out my old ballroom records. Each track has a completely different approach. There are a couple rough spots, but overall I think it's solid.
